Okay, this post and a few upcoming ones may not be entirely or directly related to food, but I'd love to share with you, some great experiences I had during a weekend trip to Bandung couple of weeks ago.
When staying in hotels, one of the many things I always pay attention to when choosing the hotel and the room is the total area, because it's simple: the bigger, the better!
On my recent stay at Hilton Bandung, I had the Executive Plus room, which is more roomy (52 sqm) than the Executive rooms (45 sqm). Besides being really spacious, what I truly love about Hilton Bandung's King Executive Plus Room is the panoramic city view & Executive Lounge access (on the 11th floor). Located at the ends of each floors' corridors, the Executive Plus rooms will guarantee unobstructed view of Bandung city, which looks nice during the day and even prettier in the evening.

The Bed
The 2 mornings I woke up in this bed, I could just slip back into deep slumber within seconds. The Serta King Bed is so comfy and large, it could fit 3 adults and 5 pillows. Shall we have a pillow war? I'd rather hit the snooze button, thank you.
The Room
Just in case the bed is too comfy for you, this 52 sqm Executive Plus room is furnished with 2 sofas and a leather bench at the foot of the bed.
The Bathroom
A marble bathroom with separate bath, toilet and rain shower. The see-through glass wall makes the room feels and looks even more spacious. Complimentary Peter Thomas Roth vanity set is neatly stacked up in a convenient corner of the bathroom.

From a personal experience, I pressed the Magic button as I was desperately looking for a Blackberry charger to charge my power bank. In no time, the hotel staff came and brought me what I asked for. How convenient and such a life-saver!
